Constance & Oli Smith
Oli and Constance Smith are part of WHM's Missionary/Ministry Apprenticeship Program (MAP) in London, UK, where they help train, equip and encourage young people who are exploring God's call on their lives.
Before Constance and Oli joined the staff of the MAP program both had been involved in chuch planting and city ministry for some time. Constance is from Asheville, NC, has an M.A. in Philosophy and studied English Literature as an undergrad. Oli is from Befordshire in England and worked with London City Mission before joining WHM. They were married in November 2011 while they were involved in a church-planting project in London's eclectic Camden Town with World Harvest Mission. Both are very excited about the oppetunity MAP presents to train young people in ministry and spiritual formation.They are also looking forward to a future date where they will be involved in planting a church together again. "We are excited about helping people to discover their gifts, calling and indentiy as beloved sent one's that Christ is using to bring his Kingdom on earth". Oli and Constance spend their down time reading and writing stories, watching movies about zombies and learning all the good vegitarian food spots in London. They care about Christ's kingdom going forward into all spheres of life and the renewal of creation.
