Rachel Duncan
Rachel grew up in Eastern NC as a part of a church heavily involved in missions. It was always normal to see missionaries coming in and out and sharing stories, but she never considered pursuing that path herself. She went to UNC Chapel Hill and studied Biology and Modern Hebrew. While there she first connected with WHM through the summer internship in Ireland. Rachel went a total of three summers and began to feel the Lord stirring her heart for full time ministry. Following graduation in 2008, she moved to Washington state with her college roommate. Rachel currently work at Starbucks and helps with a local church plant. She hopes to use all of her experiences, both in NC and WA, when she moves to London in June 2011.
