How do I replace incorrectly shipped or damaged goods?

As careful as we try to be with your order there are times when items
are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for
you, please contact the Bookstore via email or by calling toll free to 1-877-255-9907. We will gladly correct your order.

How can I replace lost, broken or defective tapes, CDs, or MP3s?

To replace lost, broken or defective tapes please call our toll free
number and we will be glad to replace them. Defective tapes will be
replaced free of charge. Lost or broken tapes or CDs are replaced
through the Bookstore for a fee. If you did not order the original
tapes it would be helpful to have the name of the person or
organization that did order them. Replacements can only be replaced by
phone or e-mail not on our web site.

What happens if I purchase more than I need?

Any items may be returned within 60 days of purchase as long as they are in "new" condition (see our Refund and Return Policy.).
Please note - If you purchased at a bulk discount and the amount you are
returning is less than that you will be charged the list price for the
items you keep and refunded the difference. Again all shipping and
handling charges are not refundable.

What if I want permission to make copies of WHM material?

You must contact us with a request before you make copies of any WHM material. Your request
should include: the purpose, number of copies to be made, what pages
you will be copying, what diagrams you will be copying, and the
frequency of use. Permission will be granted on a case by case basis;
fees may be charged.

What if I want to translate WHM material into a foreign language?

You must contact us to receive further information regarding rights to translate WHM material into any foreign language.

When can I expect my order?

We ship with UPS ground. You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.
Please call us if you need your order expedited.

Can we ship to an address outside the 48 contiguous States?
We will ship to most places outside the 48 states however once you have placed your order we will need to get back to you with shipping options and costs to that location. Once you reply with your shipping option we will process your order.
Please Note
- Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or  accessorial charges may apply. Also note that delivery times given by the USPS are estimates only, it is possible packages will be delayed by overseas PO’s and/or customs.
