Bob Osborne | Executive Director
Bob Osborne serves as the Executive Director for World Harvest Mission. Bob graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Psychology in 1979, following which he spent time in Africa working with the Peace Corps and UNICEF. After completing a Masters’ in International and Cross-cultural Administration, Bob worked with CARE in Mozambique and Kenya, overseeing relief work and managing development projects. During their time in Kenya, Bob and his wife, Nancy, came to Christ through the witness of local Christian missionaries. Upon returning to the US, Bob served as Executive Director of the Charlottesville, VA affiliate of Love INC, then as Director of Missions and Ministries at Trinity Presbyterian Church. In 2002, Bob joined WHM as U.S. Director, and in 2005 he was appointed Executive Director. Bob has a passion for seeing the Kingdom advance through the power of the gospel changing lives of believers and unbelievers. Bob and Nancy have two children – Leigh and Brian. In his spare time, Bob loves to play shuffleboard and bocce.
Josiah Bancroft | Director of Mission
Josiah Bancroft serves as the Director of Mission for World Harvest. Josiah comes from Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated Covenant College in 1975 and married Barbara in December of that year. After two years teaching he entered Reformed Theological Seminary and graduated with an MDiv in 1981. After seminary Josiah planted churches in the US until he and Barbara joined World Harvest with their three children in 1992. He and Barbara served in Ireland for a total of eight years with World Harvest. In the years they were with WHM from 1992 until 2005 Josiah worked in various positions: team leader, pastor, field director, US Director and Missions Director. Now after five years as a co-pastor of Grace Community Church in Asheville, NC, Josiah returns to the mission. Barbara and Josiah have a heart to see God's grace and power work in new ways in the church and in the world. They both think life should have a sound-track, so there is lots of different kinds of music in the air. Barbara is a wonderful cook, and Josiah is a fan of tech, especially Apple stuff.
Marc Kyle | Director of Operations
Marc Kyle serves as the Director of Operations for World Harvest Mission. Marc grew up as a missionary kid in the Philippines. He returned to the US in 1972 to attend and graduate from Belhaven University. He and his wife, Beth, served as Wycliffe missionaries in the Philippines prior to joining the Mission to the World leadership team in Atlanta, where he served for thirteen years. Marc is joining WHM after serving for ten years with Food for the Hungry in Phoenix, AZ. Marc’s passion is Management by Grace, living the gospel in the daily realities of creating and managing a ministry vision. Marc and Beth have three children: daughter Ashley, with her husband Mike, serve as missionaries in Honduras, son Chris is a musician living in the US, and Drew is a high school student in Philadelphia.
